That is it. There was no customer loyalty from him although Melissa is great. After being yelled at, and him being totally out of line, there was no apology. I changed insurance after this happened when trying to get approved on a small auto claim. I found I am now saving $800 a year on auto/home for better coverage. I guess the days of customer loyalty are over.
