This place has it all. I grab my brother his inhalers here for 1/10 the cost of US prices. Say what…read moreyou want about Mexico, but they'd never make someone go without what meds they need. In the US we still haven't figured out how to take care of our people right at a fair price. They have great prices that match up with Mas Barrato and others. I get my Aspirina Efervescente, which I've become accustomed to using since I've been traveling in Latin America since the 90's, and of course once again the USA refuses to sell these out of some stupid safety-rule. These bad boys cure it ALL. Pain, headache, fever, upset stomach; shit...even if you eat too many tacos, slam one these Aspirina Efervescente's and you'll be good to go. The service here is top notch and organized. If they are out of a product they'll have a motorcycle rip in and drop what you need ASAP. Another cool thing they have here is the OG glass bottles of coke in the original formula bottles. I'm not talking 12 oz, or medio litro's....I'm taking like 6 perfect ounces of Coca Cola, they way it was intended to be sipped. Old Doctor Pemberton would be proud. They got it all at Roma and more. Checkout the fresh tamarindo candies galore on the counter.

I like coming here because they offer very inexpensive consultations, great value for meds, and…read moreexcellent service. I came here around October 2018 when I had a periorbital cellulitis (an infection of the eyelid), which started out as a pink eye and spread to both of my eyes. I had it for two months, which caused blindness, eventually. Anyway, the meds that I needed weren't covered by my insurance. I needed 5 meds which cost me almost $800. My friend took me to this pharmacy and he translated for me, the doctor knew some English, but he also gave me some home remedy advice. After my consultation with the doctor ($4 co-pay), I was able to get my 5 meds, that would've cost me $800, was now $24. I'm bad at math, but that was like a 95% in savings. The antibiotics that the doctor prescribed me were equivalent to the ones that my ophthalmologist prescribed to me. With my follow up visit with my ophthalmologist in US, she was very surprised how insanely cheap the meds she prescribed were.
