Do not use debit or credit cards at this business. I recently used my debit card at this store on Basilio Badillo and the end result was they ran the card twice. I returned to the store three times to try and get a refund. The staff acknowledged the card was run twice and kept saying one of the charges would be dropped. When I showed them that did not happen, and both transactions posted to my account, they just said all I could do was go to my bank. They made no effort at all to resolve this overcharge. The test of a reputable company is how they respond when there is a issue. Farmacias Benavides failed this test completely. read more
