I checked the Italian McDonald's website and there is only one, BEWARE, don't get lost. The restaurant is very modern even compared to the ones in the United States. Large location and really good service for a McDonald's...or any restaurant. We walked quite a distance to get there...in the middle of no where. They told us it was a five minute walk from our hotel...it ended up being about 40 minutes LOL. It was good though.
