She was able to meet this request as well as make sure we had all the staged photos with our family and wedding party. Working with Chelsea prior to the wedding was a breeze. She emailed us a form collecting information about the style of our wedding, our timeline, and details regarding specific photos that we would like and recommendations for common photos couples recommend. She even has a recommended timeline created with time estimates. This was helpful as we were better able to tailor our timeline to ensure we had adequate time for all of the pictures we wanted! She kept in touch via email prior to the wedding and responded in a timely manner. The day of the wedding, Chelsea arrived early and was well prepared. She even had an emergency kit with extra supplies that the bridal party may need. She kept us on schedule, had tons of ideas and was receptive to our ideas as well. The photos themselves are not the quality you expect for the pricing…read more For the second year in a row they lost the order form. Last year we got some lil boys pics and not my daughters. This year they sent home a paper notice, not to worry because we can still order school pics....this was 5 weeks AFTER they had cashed the check. I called and called, finally got someone who called me back 3 times with questions trying to track down the order. The final call the last says the pics are in process and that's why we have not gotten them. Translation....we lost it and have resent through the order. The order shows up a couple weeks later and it has the wrong back ground. Mind you the schools website that uses the pics on their site has the correct background. Wish the school would not use scherling again
