The woman receptionist was friendly, and helpful My visit was during Covid 19 where the county and state had a mandatory face mask in order. There were 3 employees walking around with no masks on even the receptionist I was dealing with had no mask. Masks are to protect others from catching the virus that you may have, when a business refuses to wear a mask it's the same this as saying "We don't give a sh** about you "our customers" Also they said they would not touch out paperwork for 24 hours but instead of putting my paperwork in a safe Secure location, they were put into a basket on the floor in the customer sitting area along with many many other customers private tax information for anyone to take very easily.
