Fandi Mata is a very cool place. It means to connect. It is Mediterranean inspired. It takes on artisanal, global cuisine inspired by the vast Mediterranean region. The menu features classics with a contemporary touch and aims to incorporate eclectic, world-driven cuisine while effortlessly familial hospitality experience.The upstairs is so cool. The place is bigger inside than it seems from the outside. Atmosphere is like an open garage feel. Lots of plants and foliage. The service was good. They really tried. Our waitress seemed new as she had to get certain things verified but she was sweet all the same. The food was good. I had the avocado toast with s side of smoked salmon. I also had the arugula salad. Both were delicious. To drink I had the PG13 non-alcoholic drink which was great. I finished my meal off with an espresso gelato. Yum!! I came with a friend and she enjoyed her food as well. All in all, it was a good time. Worth the checking out. read more
