However, a majority of the time, the prices are outrageous for baby and toddler clothes. This place tries to look boutique and high end but it is comparable to Baby Gap and increasing the price to make you think its better quality. I would skip this place, unless you have a keen desire to spend $43 on a sweater your child will outgrow in a week.

She saw me at the door, made eye contact, and didn't respond when I waved to her. I also tried calling to explain I just needed to pickup an order for my daughter, but she also wouldn't answer the phone. If this was my store I would be deeply unhappy to have such a discourteous staff person. At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.

I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

It was always a given we stopped in when we are at the mall. They have good pricing overall, nice fits to be had. Usually women have much bigger selection, the store is split, seemingly mainly women, children and some men clothing! They also have self checkout to the back of the store by the registers! So however you want to do it you have choice if there is a line for the cashiers. There's fitting rooms with much less of a line when we go compared to the Boston location on Newbury.

The artisan/salesperson who checked me out (she works in paper, making cards and charming wall collages for children) was welcoming and helpful, and my checkout experience in no way resembled the one described by a previous poster.
