Then the attendant that worked with me was super friendly and time efficient and my pedicure turned out great! To start with a positive, they were able to get me in for service without an issue, and I was offered a cold soda, which I appreciated. The biggest issue was communication. My technician and I did not speak the same language, making it difficult to explain what I wanted. Another customer even tried to help translate, but I still wasn't able to get my point across. Eventually, I stopped speaking up and let the service continue. The overall atmosphere was also off. Instead of relaxing spa music, the TV played a continuous loop of Korean food videos, which made the experience feel anything but spa-like. The appointment took nearly two hours, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. Despite my disappointment, I still paid the high price for the service. When it came time to pay, I voiced my concerns and was asked why I hadn't spoken up during the appointment. I explained that communication had been difficult throughout the service, which was the main reason I struggled to express my concerns in the moment. Looking back, the results did not match the cost or the time spent. Overall, while I appreciated being accommodated quickly and offered a beverage, poor communication, an uninviting atmosphere, lengthy service time, and disappointing results made this a frustrating experience.

I gave Tom a picture of the colors and style I was going for and I let him have at it and he did not disappoint. I love this set more than the inspo pic. They did have both complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The salon does have a nice green/modern aesthetic to it. They recently went through a remodel and opened the space up so I'm sure with time it will look amazing once complete. I will absolutely go back and request Tom for my next set.
