So, I want here last night with my best friend. 3/4 of the machines do not work and have maintenance signs on them. I used a dryer that did not have a sign on it. The dryer had a "fault" message four times before I switched to another dryer after wasting a few dollars and close to an hour of my time. At closing the owner brought her son in....without pants on!! It was 50 degrees outside last night. He is a small child roughly 2 to 3 years of age and she brought him from their home, wherever that is because she does not have a vehicle, in a red wagon with a THIN sheet. He then proceeded to run around like a loose animal. Screaming at us just loud sounds. AND SPITTING ON OUR CLEAN CLOTHES!!!
The owner, she proceeded to call me every name in the book as I asked her why her child was out in public without pants on, in just a diaper. (That was very droopy) she got in my face. She SCREAMED AT ME IN MY FACE!! She is lucky I am a good person and not some thug cause that bitch deserved to get her teeth kicked in. I asked if she treated her customers like this normally. I was told how she had some college degree and she "gave up on her dreams" for her husbands laundry mat.
She's a clown. She's rude. She is actually like shoe scum. So beneath normal social levels.
I'd advise to not go here, unless you like being screamed and cussed out in your face, wasting your money on broken machines and having a random child spit all over your clean clothes and run around like a loose banshee!! read more
