She had good customer service. The quality of the head spa was amazing experience. The vibes were welcoming and smiles.

Update 2022. Pros: +…read moreCorporate has improved the app the last 2 years. + They're are professional in person and over the phone. + Each therapist is given the flexibility to apply their own skills and strengths. No "cookie cutter". That's great. Cons: - Same service (good) but inflated membership pricing commiserate with the government produced inflation (so can't blame the small business) - Experience frequent cancellations from therapist call in no shows - Still enforcing proven ineffective and irrelevant masking and "fake safety" rules from state government. No problem following a law, but know the truth, don't be a lemming. Note: The cons are in alignment with what we are seeing and accepting through gov creep.

The customer service I just had was unlike any I've ever had before. I called earlier this week to…read moreschedule and appointment but no one answered so I left a message with my name and number and asked for a call back to get the situation sorted. I received no calls back until the day of service and it wasn't even about my appointment it was about booking a facial which I was booked for a massage. I asked the lady if I could transfer my credit to my friend who wanted my massage and I will pay the $10 charge for it. She said yes and asked for her name and I gave it to her. She said we were all good to go and so I hung up and then had to go back to work, and since I had back to back patients I wasn't able to be on my phone. When I was done I checked my phone and saw 2 missed calls from them and text from my friend saying they wouldn't see her. Obviously I was frustrated so I called massage envy and the lady on the phone said that since I cancelled my membership I was not allowed to transfer my credit to someone else. I told her no one told me about this and she said that is correct because the lady I spoke with earlier is new and didn't know the policies. I then asked if anything could be done about this since my friend drove all the way there and was then turned away and wasn't able to get her massage, and the spot probably wasn't filled so the masseuse didn't get paid... I was told very nastily that she tried to get ahold of me earlier today (after they realized their mistake and while I was tied up at work) and that she can't transfer the credits and there's nothing else she could do. I would think that offering to have my friend come back in and still get a massage at even a discounted price would've been a good remedy, so you don't leave the customer feeling like you don't care about them because "you can't transfer the credit". As a business, I do not appreciate how this was handled at all and the lady I spoke with was very rude and actually hung up on me after I thanked her for her time and tried to end the conversation gracefully after she gave me nothing and didn't even try to help me. I never leave bad reviews but this really shocked me and there needs to be some customer service training done here.

Dear Tranquil Waters,…read more It was great to meet you yesterday! I had such a good time. Thanks so much for the rub down. I wasn't sure what to expect, but you took care of all the details. Thanks. I'd never been to a massage place before. Since my new health insurance covers me having a massage every month, I decided to try it. Yours was the closest one in the yellow pages, and I found your website full of funny stock images. I didn't know what to even ask for... some sort of Swedish massage? Hot stones? Oil? Oil sounds creepy. I especially like that you didn't even ask what I wanted. You assumed. Because you know my body better than I do. I know that now. It was weird at first. You asked about work, I made some funny jokes. Then you told me you were actually trying to gauge my stress level. Oops. I thought you were seeing if we had chemistry. So I told you I felt stressed and sometimes felt pain in my lower back. You were so kind to tell me I could keep my underwear on if I felt uncomfortable taking it off in front of a complete stranger. Who, me? Hahahaha. Okay, I'll keep it on. I think it took about an hour for the massage, though I admit I blanked out a couple of times. It was so relaxing. Your hands were cold at first, but that's okay. I was nervous, too. The fake rainforest music put me to sleep pretty fast. Then the harp music came on. I thought maybe I had died and an angel was playing my back. Except my back was a harp. My tendons and muscles, plucked one by one, to create a rhythm of relaxing song. And by "plucked," I mean rubbed over with the carelessness of a preschooler with a crayon. If I hadn't seen that certificate you printed out hanging on the wall, I might have questioned your qualifications. I joke, I joke. Mostly. It was a good experience. Especially since my health insurance picked up most of the cost. A good bargain for $20. I look forward to our next meeting. Will you wear those white tennis shoes and ill-fitting shorts again? Great. Until next time, BR

The ABSOLUTE BEST massage I've ever had! Because of the nature of my work, I am usually worn out,…read morestiff and sore by the end of the week. My wife surprised me by scheduling an hour long 4 hand massage at Diamond Spa. From the parking lot, the place was not impressive, but once we walked through the doors - it was wonderful. A more accurate description of my massage would be 2 hands and 2 feet: one therapist massaged my arms and legs while the extremely talented Coco walked on my back, arms, legs and neck. Also known as Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, this was the most thorough, effective, deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. I felt wonderful when I walked out and 24 hours later my whole body feels terrific! Needless to say - I will be back.

We saw all the great reviews, made an appointment the day before for an hour foot massage for two…read morepeople. When we got there, confirmed our names, were brought into a room with two beds, told to 'get ready' and then the women that came back were surprised we were still clothed. Reminded them it was a foot massage, a loud exchange in another language ensued, they realized our clothing limits of socks and shoes were enough and a few minutes later the massage began. The women were preoccupied with other customers throughout the session, getting up, answering the phone and taking appointments (just fyi, they don't write anything down), telling one that he could wait by himself in another room for 30 minutes (?) The woman who massaged my feet didn't have great technique, my husband reported the same. Attached is a picture of their bathroom. They also have a sign when you walk in saying something to the effect of 'we don't do anything illegal, don't even ask.' I wish it was better, I had high hopes.
