They are unorganized, rude, and never return calls or follow up on anything. Their billing Dept routinely bills me for my copay although I always pay it in the office on the date of the visit. When I question the office, they tell me just to disregard the bill. The absurdity of them paying to send me a statement, then wasting my time trying to get it resolved. I'm done with this office. Had a 3:45 appt today and it's 5:15 and still have not even had vitals taken. I'm done! Avoid avoid avoid this office. It's the worst there is. I would give a negative 1 if I could!

The staff and nurses put you at ease and treat you like you are their top priority. Kind, attentive and friendly! We recently had our son there for surgery and the dr will come out or call after the procedure. My one complaint is that the wifi is very poor there and a lot of their communication to families in the waiting room are texts and phone. You dont get good reception, if at all. The dr had tried calling us and got our voice mail and left 2 messages that we had to leave the building to pick up. BUT...the staff called the doctor directly and we were able to speak to him. That meant a great deal to us, knowing that both our doctor and the staff went out of their way for us. Great staff, great care!

While I was in the preparation area waiting, I expected to see the nurse practitioner to connect me to IV. The doctor to give me a quick brief and mark my spots, and the tell me what he was gonna give me, and then in the procedure, let me know he was giving it to me. I never saw the anesthesiologist before or during the procedure. I was face down on the table as they put the beta dye on and noted it was cold, and then that's all I remember till I woke up. Every other procedure I've had in my life, I've always been visited by the anesthesiologist, told what they were gonna give me, and then given a warning when they're gonna give it to me. I'm waiting for them to call me back on my question about that. I'm more than willing to change this review once they do that. Hopefully somebody from that facility will review this and see that I'm not a And respond to my complaint.

Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.

They never have appointments available, my daughter has missed multiple days of school, has not slept, and I still can't get in appointment. Someone answered the phone, (who isn't someone who normally works there) and told me there was nothing they can do considering the whole staff is on vacation and told me to take my daughter to the hospital because noting can be done today. this is my third time calling and my daughter still can not be seen. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. i will 100% be switching pediatricians.
