I was shopping for school supplies for multiple children--definitely not a small task--and Ray stepped in right when I needed help. What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it. He's a great example of what excellent service looks like!
