My back tooth chipped in half with a bad cavity (I think it was decaying for a while as well) and had to get it looked at. I got an appointment for a general cleaning pretty fast and a follow-up even faster. I was really nervous going into these but Doctor Chan and his staff were really nice. With a of built up plaque, 4 cavities, and a back tooth chipped, I had to get a deep cleaning, 4 teeth fillings, and my tooth extracted. Dr. Chan constantly asked if I was ok and comfortable during the process. The tooth extraction was fast and didn't hurt thanks to him numbing my mouth. He also answered all the questions I asked thoroughly, which I really loved to hear about since I'm genuinely curious. He was very knowledgeable and I think it says on the office door that he speaks other languages too. They send communication over text. As someone who hates talking on the phone, I appreciate it. I had questions about insurance and Michael (the one working the front desk) was helpful in finding that information for me as well. Location has a lot of easy parking. Office was small but clean. They also let me keep my gross extracted tooth when I asked bc I wanted to see what it looked like (He also told me how can clean it if I wanted to preserve it lol) I have another appointment for cavity fillings next month, but I'm a lot less nervous now. Really glad that this place was listed by my insurance and the other reviews on here sold me. Now I'm here to sell to you. As someone who hated going to the dentists growing up, this experience has made me not hate it. Totally recommend if you're looking for a new dentist :-)

He truly makes the office feel like family. I've always enjoyed talking with him, and I really appreciate how honest and straightforward he is about my dental care. When I had my first procedure done, Dr. Hong made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I also really appreciated that he makes crowns in-house, which saved so much time since I didn't have to come back for a separate visit to get a permanent crown. Dr. Munira's initial diagnosis was spot on, and she recommended several fillings. The office staff was excellent, providing great call-back and administrative support (5/5). The fillings were performed by Dr. Tariq, and while the procedure itself went well, my bite felt slightly "high" afterward, making it difficult to chew. The office was very responsive and immediately scheduled a bite adjustment for the next day. However, it took two additional adjustments with another dentist before the issue was still partially there. I eventually notified Dr. Munira that the problem persisted after two attempts. She personally handled the final adjustment, which completely fixed the issue. She also took the time to provide a detailed explanation of why it required multiple visits to get it right. I am giving 4/5 stars only because I believe the bite should ideally be adjusted correctly during the initial appointment, but I truly appreciate the team's dedication to resolving the issue.

They kept asking if my tooth hurt and I kept telling them no, they also showed me the black part you could see and told me that was from infection. That doctors office tried to get me to get a major extraction done and leave me without a tooth. I decided to get a second opinion, that's when I came to Dr. Santos. He looked at my tooth and explained that the black was actually the metal filling and he didn't see infection and most likely what the other dentist saw was scar tissue. He recommended if I wanted to get the top changed so the black didn't show, that was an option but he wouldn't recommend it. He literally saved me from having a huge procedure and not having a tooth

I can't say that the long delay waiting for a crown and the several extra unnecessary dental procedures caused my near death experience. I can only relay the medical doctor's speculation.

I needed an extraction and a crown - not simple stuff! Debbie mapped out a series of appointments, and we were able to get everything done within a month's time. Their sedation is an oral tablet, not IV, but after having it, I was very happy as it made these two large procedures a breeze. We finished up with a cleaning, and Rose was awesome as well. She took the time to read my file and talk to me about the process, which eased my nerves. She was efficient and kind. They also use text to communicate, which I love and is very convenient.

Every time I come in, the staff is friendly, professional and communicates clearly. There's a lot of transparency in terms of what to expect for each process of the cleaning. The place itself is clean and modern. It's a definite upgrade from older offices that I've been to. Appointments can be made via text or phone, pretty simple process. I like that they do have online forms to fill out proper to appointments that spell out what your visit will entail.

During the visit, they proceeded with X-rays, and only afterward did I find out that the charges were much higher because they were not in network with my insurance. If I had been told this in advance, I would have chosen an in-network dentist. Transparency about insurance and costs is very important for patients making decisions about their care. Unfortunately, that communication did not happen in my case.
