I had my first professional tattoo experience here and it honestly couldn't have gone better…read more Kaylie and I talked beforehand, and she really helped bring my idea to life in a way that felt true to what I wanted. She was super helpful with the little details too, like placement and sizing, which made a big difference. Her space is so cute and clean, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was nervous about the pain, but it didn't hurt nearly as bad as I expected, which I think says a lot about her technique and how calm she keeps the environment. She's incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and we're already planning my next tattoo. The whole shop has such a good vibe. Everyone there is welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely seems like they love what they do. It makes the experience feel way more personal and less intimidating, especially for a first-timer. Also, having a coffee shop right next door is such a bonus Kaylie's line work is so crisp and clean, and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. Everything felt professional, sanitary, and well thought out from start to finish. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, whether it's your first tattoo or your tenth.

I tried to get an appointment with him marked down but he would take over 10-18 hours to reply. I tried working with his schedule and once I had a whole week free so he didn't have to work around me he stopped replying. I tried bringing up the issue of the communication and his resolution was to be upset that I didn't know his schedule and ended up blocking me for even bringing it and I wasn't even trying to offend him I was just trying to book in a time. While it would take him hours to reply when I was trying to schedule it only took him minutes once I brought up the communication. For this reason I would not recommend working with him or trying to schedule maybe you'll have better luck with being a walk in.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment on their website, and it didn't require a security deposit either. I arrived to get my conch piercing at 5:30 pm and I was out by 6 pm. I was a little nervous and had lots of questions about the piercing itself and the after care. I also had not gotten a piercing in years, so I was worried it would be painful. They were kind and allowed my two friends to come to the back with me to hold my hand (I know... I'm a scaredy cat). Mitch walked me through everything that was going to happen- for example, "okay, you're gonna feel a small pinch first and then you'll feel some pressure." He also said that my only job was to keep breathing. He had me take one deep breath in and then exhale out right as he did the piercing, too. As you can tell, the team is very patient and kind here. This is a great spot for anxious girlies or for your first time getting a piercing. Their piercing and jewelry pricing is all fair. My conch piercing costed $45 plus the 14K gold jewelry I chose. Unlike other shops, they had a huge selection of yellow gold and rose gold options that were actually cute- flowers, stars, moons, etc. On average, I saw the stud earrings were about $60-170 each. They also tallied up my total prior to actually getting the piercing, so there weren't any surprises at the end when I paid. They sent me home with a detailed after care guide too. I've already told friends and family about this shop being a great option for them when they come visit Utah.

All of the staff was very funny and outgoing and made you feel welcomed. I really enjoyed this experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and to anyone who is looking for a shop and artist that will take care of them like family, So my boy Erwin took care of me, he made my tattoo experience A-1, I had 3 tattoos that we had planned for in one day, and he was able to do all 3 of them in under 4 hours, and the detail was amazing, he was very light handed, and I didn't bleed like my other tattoos, so I really appreciate him for his love and dedication and his amazing work. I really love my tattoos, each one has a meaning to me, and I felt excited about the finish outcome. Erwin definitely is my go to tattoo artist now, and i husky recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome and outstanding artist. Thanks bro; you are awesome Erwin, keep up the amazing work you are doing, and I will see you soon for my next tattoos.
