When there are concerns, we always take them seriously, and as part of our governance system we have used them to try to avoid any future similar situations. Tracy3 is not identifiable to us but there have been no complaints that tally with her concerns. I would be very happy for her to contact me and advise me of the details and hopefully we will be able to help.
