If by any chance you are able to get a hold of him, he will yell at you "If you disagree, then we have a conflict of interest and I will keep your retainer but refuse to represent you." He is deeply deceptive and won't do anything to help you. He'll never update you on your case. He'll contact the other party's counsel without your authorization. He will cite precedent that has nothing to do with your case. He will run the case so poorly and miss so many deadlines that he will be rebuked by the court. You can do better for yourself.
