There was no visible shwarma there was no cutlets and coming to think about it what exectly was that supposed to be? This was all served on a limp salad the chicken grey and tasteless it was sent with a large dosage of rice which was hard and tasteless the lamb was hard the grizzle in the middle surrounded by a small amount of meat, i also ordered the shwarma sandwich when i peared in there was a few spatterings of what could be perceived as meat the rest was a small amount of salad drowned in mayo all on the traditional lebanese bread called khoubz.
I called to complain and i was offered kindly a replacement of choiceand he and another lady denied ever having any complaints such as the nature expressed by myself i wanted a refund and the food to be taken back it took a further 3 calls for the manager to respond he did oh yes he did A WEEK LATER he was rude arrogant and condescending and that is putting it mildly, he also denied having had any complaints after searching on the net i discovered the just eat site and there were a number of complaints simiilar to mine which they seem to be oblivious to (APPARENTLY) i mentioned that to which he had no response, he decided to give me my money back but i would have to go all the way to the restaurant to receive it i asked what time they open and he said 4pm i said i will be there at that time then the time shift started 4 became 5.
In a nutshell keep your money and go elsewhere this place is appalling in food standard and customer service never in my entire life have i experienced such low standards in every conceivable manner! read more
