Yes only 1 star here Old apartment buildings where kitchens and baths have been updated but not much else. In the wall air conditioners, heat that is just on or off (heat included in rent), parking very far from front entrances, shared hallways where you have to smell other tenants food cooking (curry gross!) and listen to their loud conversations. Every time I used the blow dryer when the a/c was on I blew a fuse so I had to turn off the a/c to dry my hair. No outdoor terraces or balconies (I think they're adding them now) They're affordable compared to Avalon communities but to me, I couldn't wait for my year to be up read more

The current management is horrible. They dont get back to you if there's a problem .They promise upgrades ,raise your rent and do not deliver. They are not luxury as advertised. They need a new management team. Some one who knows what they are doing. This group has to go! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The management company is absolutely terrible. Their communication and customer service is despicable. They treated me poorly when I had a complaint and refused to answer questions that I had. I'm so thankful that I moved and no longer have to deal with this awful company. read more
