They treat all ages with any sort of problem from injuries, to back problems, aging, whiplash, sciatica, muscle pain, ligament pain and more. They also offer personal training, myotherapy and exercise physiology. They run on appointments and will never leave you in the waiting room for more than five minutes. The place has a real family feel to it - the receptionists remember who you are and the various Physiotherapists and Masseurs are always happy and welcoming. Their resident Podiatrist Mina Williams is absolutely amazing at solving all manner of foot problems. His friendly personality makes you feel more like you've gone out for lunch than getting your foot treated. There is a small carpark out the front with around six spots and I have never had to resort to parking elsewhere - although if this did happen there is ample parking available on the street. They are open eight am to eight pm Monday through Thursday, nine am to eight pm Friday and nine am to one pm on Saturdays. Treatment involves a question and answer session whereby the Physiotherapist tries to ascertain the severity of your problem. They ask you to do some basic stretches and to stop when it hurts. Next they will get you to lie or sit on a massage table and will treat whatever injury you have through massage and other various techniques I'm nowhere near qualified enough to comment on. Before you leave they often give you stretches to do and will let you know if you need to return or not. I have been seeing Trish Edwards there for years and she is absolutely fantastic, but then again so is the rest of the staff there. It is a place I have absolute confidence in and highly recommend.

I would have mixed reviews on the physios they are friendly and so is the staff but I've had a few issues with them. I would say if you need to do physio workouts in a structured way either in 1 on 1 with physio in the gym or by doing a semi private physio pilaties class and your in the west side it's probably the best one in the area. When choosing a physio here make sure you choose a senior physio if you get a inexperienced one you will regret it. I come here now for my knee injury and do pilaties twice a week as part of my recovery and it's certainly better then doing a physio workout routine at home.The pilaties reformer is the best way to get back into it after a injury.
