Our stay at the Fairfield wasn't bad but was hoping it would be a bit better. I called the day before to ask if we can reserve a pack and play for our toddler. I was assured it was added to the notes and that it would be in our room when we arrived. When we checked in, I asked again to confirm the pack and play, was assured it was in our notes and should be in our room when we got home there. Unfortunately it wasn't, so my fiancé had to go back downstairs to ask for one to be sent up. Not sure what the confusion was, but since I called the day prior, we were expecting it to be ready. The room itself was cute and had a nice bathroom but on the wallpaper in the bathroom was a lot of weird white smears... almost like paint or a SUPER dirty rag was used and the filth dried onto the wallpaper. Just weird and kind of gross. The hotel is located right off of the freeway and we had a freeway facing room. The road noise wasn't bad at first, but then through the night you could hear really loud cars speeding by, so we didn't get the best sleep. We even had our toddlers white noise machine on full blast, so I really didn't expect to hear road noise over that! Some hotels near airports or noisy freeways will have some sound blocking windows and walls but I am not sure if Fairfield took those steps due to how much noise did come through (over the loud white noise machine!)

This was your typical in standard Fairfield Inn that we stayed at which is a good thing. The rooms are nice there facilities when I said I had a swimming pool that my daughters enjoy. So I recommended and I will stay here again.

The lobby area is bright and welcoming with plenty of spots to relax.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and we had great service. The breakfast offerings were delicious and when we got down there right at 9:30 as they were closing, we did not get kicked out, and in fact, she told us to take our time and enjoy the food. Hats off to Juliana, Nettie, and Josie.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable. It's a little on the pricey side. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice, clean property. Recently stayed there for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly. Room was…read morecomfortable with a king size mattress, TV, desk, microwave, fridge and a view of the pool. Breakfast was good and offered with something different each morning. You're a straight shot to Page Ave, Dorsett Ave or I-270 depending on what your plans are. Only downside was a limited channel lineup via Dish and the YouTube app never connected to the network. Nothing major though. Overall, a well kept hotel with a few minor issues for me. I'll definitely make a return trip here for my next stop in St Louis.

Bummer... We actually had a rough experience here. It…read morestarted when we were walking to the lobby from the car. All exterior doors were propped open. A man was getting sent out of one while a staff member was calling the police. Not sure what that was about but talk about a first impression. Front desk staff was the best part of the stay. Extremely kind and quick. Noticed loud music when we walked in which we learned someone was hosting a graduation party in a conference room. This was past 9pm at this point so a little surprised to hear how loud the music was. Also had a strong smell of weed in the lobby/hallways from the event. Could clearly see people smoking in the room. Is that still legal? In a hotel??? Got to our room and the room next to us literally had NO door. Room was wide open and so was the window. There was quite literally a bird in the hallway because of this. That sounds like a joke but yes, that was a thing. Got switched to a room on the 4th floor to get away from that. People were running up and down the hallway around 11:30pm and then at midnight a fire alarm went off?? Like what in the world. Got ready to leave the room then it stopped and nothing else happened so went back to bed. Woke up to find out that the elevator broke some time within the night. Photo attached is of the light outside our room at 11pm. Yeah I don't know what else to say. It was an experience that's for sure.

The room was maintained and cleaned. There was a strong paint smell in the stairwells and a slight smell in the hallway, but it didn't leak into the room at all. Breakfast was nothing exciting, but they did have one, which is always nice. Price was right for us.

My digital key let us in through the back door. The carpet in the hallway was old, some doors were literally missing locks and looked like an abandoned hotel. Some doors were cracked open like they didn't latch properly. The pool was out of service. The ice machines were out of service. We got up to our room and the digital key didn't work. I ran downstairs and the front desk told me, "well that's kind of normal these days". The elevator jerked when it started moving like there was a pending mechanical issue. Upon entering my room, the room was clean but smelled a little. Maybe it was recently painted or something. The next morning, the breakfast tables were all dirty, no forks or spoons had been refilled, the eggs, one of the 2 hot buffet items were out and not replenished during the 20min we were down there. Overall, I'd never recommend this location. Old, broken down building, and dingy. Not sure how this place meets the Hilton brand standards for this level hotel! Stay away. Many other choices in the area.
