I was getting a different room when their new system crashed. Not only was my co workers waiting for things to get figured out with our rooms there was a line starting to form here for other ppl to check in this evening. Trying to problem solve and get her manager to help her who just left after finishing their shift, phones blowing up and overall chaos. Brittney helped us out. She was professional and apologetic and so many things happening that were out of her control but she never shooed us away and kept trying to figure it all out while intense pressure. I really hope her manager sees this and knows how much my co workers and I appreciated all her help and going the extra mile for us. Thank you Brittney!!!!

We wanted to check in on a Saturday but we made the mistake of booking a Sunday check in so kudos to management for letting us check in one day early. Not all Hotels would have accommodated our slip up. The Fairfield is conveniently located a short drive off of the freeway ( 35 ) & is a short walk/drive to many restaurants such as 1) Scratch Gourmet Kitchen 2) Longhorn Steakhouse 3) Waffle House 4) Cracker Barrel 5) Saltgrass Steakhouse & more. All in all the Fairfield is everything we wanted for a short stay & we will gladly return next time passing through Liberty Missouri.

Overall check again was a pretty smooth process, the lobby was pretty clean as well as being very welcoming. The hotel featured the pool and even a fitness room. Eventually when I got to my room it wasn't the best. I noticed a poorly sealed crack calmed up in a corner of the room. And there were noticeable poorly filled in cracks in the shower. I think someone may have been previously smoking in this room as well because the smoke alarm had a bag over it but other than that sleeping in the room was not an issue I didn't like the other amenities in the room regardless since I was staying the night. Breakfast was the best either since the options were very limited compared to other Hampton Inn Hotels I've been at. Overall it's a below average hotel and I did expect a lot better when I initially visited, I personally give this hotel 2.5 stars out of five

The front desk? "Oh some of the rooms are a tad moldy." Moldy? This smelled like someone had dropped trou and relieved themselves into the heating unit. Febreze (which I had to go buy to stay in this room) barely touched the stink. -- same stunningly mediocre breakfast. Love watching the buffet attendant cut open the bags of scrambled eggs, fresh out of the microwave. Anyone who's ever been in the military and ate powdered eggs--this is step below those. Unlike the last room (two weeks ago) my faucet handle didn't fall off when I touched it. Whoopee! A step up. And like when I stayed here mid summer by accident, also better without the screaming World's of Fun children that management nor front desk will do ANYTHING to shut up, even in the middle of the night. Not sure why I'm a Hilton Honors member when there's no upside to staying at this fleabag place.

When I went to the front desk and asked for towels, the gentleman was extremely rude reeked of cigarettes and offered us foot towels instead of tea towels. Finally, he went back and found some real towels. But he treated us like total crap. I was shocked! And he didn't only act like this with us, but with several other customers at the front desk. All of which could've been avoided if they would've just cleaned the room and provided clean towels. Wouldn't stay here again! Totally unacceptable to treat people that way in the hospitality business especially when folks are simply asking for cleanliness and fresh towels.

The bed was where the problem was. All the linens looked worn and very wrinkled. The fitted bottom sheet was very pilly. To the point it made me itch and I couldn't sleep on them. The breakfast was pretty good- standard fare. The buffet staff were very friendly. At checkout , the girl at the front desk said she could not print me a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party?? I know in the past I could always get one. The hotel location is good. Many shops and restaurants located a short walk away.

I was going to be in Kansas City for the Cardi B…read moreconcert and wanted to stay somewhat close to downtown without the high fees, I looked on my Caesar's app since I live here in Vegas and seen they had a Harrahs so I booked the upgraded Las Vegas room with two doubles, the total came to $156 with the $15.95 resort fee to be paid when checking in. Check in was at 4pm we arrived around 4:30pm there was no line and check in was a breeze. They do charge a $75 deposit if you use a credit card and $100 deposit if you use a debit card and I believe that is per night just so you're aware most hotels do that nowadays. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the Las Vegas tower and the room was amazing very clean and new, the bathroom was amazing a large soaking tub and standing glass shower nice big space, the room was spacious. We were only sleeping there so we didn't need to much, we did not go into the casino at all we were so tired after getting back and slept late, Check out is at 11am. Overall great stay! Next time I'm in town I would love to check out all that the property has to offer.

The most I have won here is $1180 dollars on the All Aboard in the high limit room. I had some good wins at Huff and More Puff, but I usually get wrecked. I have stayed here for a night and was not too bad. The rooms were a little outdated however. At least the drainage was okay and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was not too bad however, but Ameristar is still my go to hotel to stay at. I have never eaten here, but maybe one of these days I will eat at Chef Ramsay's restaurant, but we will see. Anyways I come here as hoping one day I will hit it big, like last time, but I would say 90% of the time I usually get wrecked here.

It was central to Family, Church Services, and Leavenworth Memorial Cemetery. The Hotel was nice, However, they are in the middle of renovations. The services were great. It was nice to have places to eat, drink, relax, unwind, etc... It is a shame they had to close so many features. They used to have an Arcade, Movie Theater, Buffet, etc... An Pho is absolutely delicious! The crab is blue tip crab. YUM!! The Brew Pub food was your basic fried appetizers. We had wings and burgers. We had breakfast at Cafe Primo. Better than the Denny's we tried one morning. Do not go to Denny's! Go to Cafe Primo! The games were great the Bartenders were friendly and actually quite protective of us out of towners. Giving us a heads up when ghouls came stalking. The Beds were comfortable, the rooms nice and warm when it was -12 degrees outside. The hairdryer was broken (usually are in hotels). Several of the lights were wonky and we basically had one outlet to use to charge all of our devices. We chose not to have our room serviced for the week. We called down to the desk and requested items when we needed them. and they arrived immediately. From towels, coffee, water, etc... The fridge maintained out leftovers well. and chilled our waters, one wish... access to a microwave. I also liked that i could log into my streaming services from the TV. Would definitely stay again. The front desk staff was very friendly and personable. I have no complaints about that aspect of this hotel. However, this is where the positives of this review end. When we first stepped into the room, I immediately saw that it was covered in scuff and dirt marks all over the walls. It was like we had stepped into a room that hadn't been occupied or cleaned since the 1970s. And the curtains to the outside view of the parking lot had giant holes in them as well. I did what I always do when I first walk into a hotel - check the bed for any suspicious signs. I found black stains on the sheets and cigarette burns/holes in them too. Then I looked to my left and saw that the little night stand was in a shabby state as well. The drawer wouldn't even sit in there straight. Other than that, I guessed it looked fine (a little less than fine, but passable) for our quick one night stay. I decided to just try and go take a shower and relax after the long car ride. I stepped into the vanity/sink area and again, had to stifle a shudder when I looked up and saw the most filthy lighting fixtures I had ever seen. Whatever was living in there had been there a long time and had seemingly never been cleaned out. I went into the shower and pulled the curtain closed, only to find some sort of rust/red colored splotch marks all over the shower curtain. I did not even want to try to touch it to inspect more closely and see what this could be. When I was done with my shower, I reached out to grab a towel to dry off with and when I pulled one off the shelf - it had black spots all over it. It smelled like it was "clean' but just...stained. With black marks that looked like someone had cleaned off their mascara with it or something. After my shower, I tried to dry my hair - but that did not go well either. The second I flipped on the hotel hair dryer, it made the rest of the lights in the room go dim and flicker. Ugh. So I made my travel mate just deal with the flickering while I blow-dried my hair. We decided to just get out of Dodge and only come back to the room when it was late at night so we could just sleep through these gross surroundings and check out early the next morning. When we walked out to the car, we were immediately nervous. The photo of the front of the hotel that they posted is a little misleading, as they do not show you that a foot behind where that photo was taken there is a shady looking liquor/convenience store that had people milling around outside of it right by your cars all night. I am not sure if there is a bus stop or something around there, but if not, it is a little suspicious that these people were just hanging around on the street corner right by where all of the hotel patrons' cars were parked. Luckily, our car was fine the next morning and we hastily checked out and left in a hurry. There were also cats milling around the parking lot so be careful not to run any over! All in all, I would definitely not recommend that anyone stay here. As I said, the hotel front desk staff were very nice, but the hotel itself was in a sad state.
