This + their planning led to a month break (had to compensate it with other private lessons) - the exam was horribly organized : no water/food and took about 6 hours of mostly waiting in the cold - they did not tell us that there was an additional 115 euro fee for getting the driver's license - payment by card is accepted only for amounts over 240 euros. Anything below that has to be paid in cash.

Also leider nun via Social Media...geht wohl nicht anders. Meine Schwägerin erhielt aus dem Nichts einen Inkassobrief zu einem offenen Betrag. Leider hatte sie nie eine Rechnung (weder per E-mail noch per Post erhalten). Sie rief an, um den Fall aufzuklären und in Erfahrung zu bringen um welche Leistung es ginge. Sie wurde von der Dame angebrüllt: "Ich muss Ihnen gar nichts erklären! Sie haben den offenen Betrag zu zahlen!". Meine Schwägerin blieb überraschend ruhig meinte ie wird den Betrag selbstverständlich sofort begleichen, möchte aber verstehen wie es dazu gekommen sei und erwiderte nur: "Könnten Sie mir bitte die Original-Rechnung zusenden, sodass ich den Fall nachvollziehen kann?". Darauf hin brüllte die Mitarbeiterin nochmals ins Telefon und legte ab. Per E-Mail erhielt sie auf nochmalige Nachfrage nur einen Screenshot einer internen Software aus der wieder nicht hervorgeht worum es sich bei dem Betrag handelt. Unglaublich!

As a new hobby photographer I was so excited to hear of Carola Schwalm's "Vienna Photo Walk". Today I went on my first walk with Carola to the Zentral Friedhof. The purpose of the walk is to explore the city, get to know your camera better, ask questions and get answers from Carola herself or from anyone in the group with experience. All levels, ages and equipment are welcome. The rules are simple. Don't rush, have fun, and feel free to ask for help when needed. I felt so welcomed by Carola and the entire group, and I no longer feel so lost with my camera! Vienna Photo Walk offers free and ticketed events and private sessions.
