Whenever I struggled, he could always come up with a vivid and clear explanations, effective exercises and examples. Jakob has a great sense of humor and actively provides the necessary input, staying polite of course, which greatly facilitated the learning process. The secretary (Marina) provided quick responses whenever I had a question or wanted to clarify an organizational issue. I studied from scratch, and I don't feel lost at the wheel anymore, since I learned how to do what I should do and also what I must not do. And with some luck I passed the exam from the first attempt. There was one quirk though.
