For tourists: if you plan to stay and tour Celle consider renting a bike and for Brits and Americans rent from Jacoby's. Ask for Mark. He speaks English and is very nice. The bikes were decent and the price was fair. Don't try to get around town by car-rent a bike. It's cheaper to rent a bike for the day than to park and you can ride your bike almost everywhere in the Old Town (where cars are mostly prohibited). It's faster than walking by far and easier than driving. Jacoby is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.I'd rent form them again...thanks Mark! read more
