Staff is friendly and they are experts in the hair art. One thing me and my American friend noticed though is that they quote half the price over the phone. We are always shocked when the price turns out to be two times the quoted price after the service!!! :( Our German friends are surprised because it didn't happen to them at Fahn. Maybe they charged us for the coffee, hair spray and hair cream they used on our hair? We won't be going back a 3rd time. Such a waste really :( read more
