Maybe if your hair is super short and you get the exact same basic haircut most guys do you'll have a good experience. But this place is hands down the least welcoming place I've ever gone for a cut which is saying a lot because we have been to dozens and dozens over the years. We have gone a total of 3 times now as a group and each time got progressively worst. Last time was their last shot for my family of 2 boys and husband. Kenan could not have been less friendly or accommodating over two different visits. He's genuinely one of those people who I wonder how he sleeps at night and lives with himself for being so disagreeable. The two members of my family who used his services showed him pictures of what they wanted and his remarks back were so snappy and unnecessarily rude. I said to him That didn't make total sense to me because it may be slightly less by the ears than the back because it was a little longer and he looked at me bewildered and insisted he needed an exact measurement because it would be that amount only all over and do not vary at all. He also said multiple times he didn't want to have to fix anything and he would only do it once. I showed him a photo after he did the last cut for us and he literally looked at me and said "I can't tell what style you want or how short just from pictures." I don't know what else he wanted, it was very straight forward and I had great photos to show him of a simple cut of longer hair. The whole experience so uncomfortable I just got through my cut and got it fixed the next day at another place who gladly looked at my pictures and didn't give me a hard time at all. I think Kenan picks people he likes and makes the decision when seeing others he doesn't like you and tries to make you feel stupid. My husband went to him for a beard trim and came home flabbergasted someone would give him such a hard time for something so simple and short. He told me his story and he said the same kind of things to us in there as well. Such a weird environment. The guy next to him literally didn't say two words to the 2 clients I saw him work on. I've never had such a strange and unfriendly hair cutting experience in any city as this one.
