having visited a number of tattoo and piercing studios over the years I am pleased to say that Factotum offers the very highest standard of customer service in all aspects of their work. I have had both tattoo and piercing work and can say it is quiet possibly the cleanest and most hygienic place I have ever visited. It certainly puts my flat to shame;) I am impressed by their no flash motto and was happy to be guided by their creativity in selecting and deciding on my tattoo design. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. You won't find any dodgy back street work going on here, they worked hard to make me feel at home and I was even offered a cup of tea.
