This furniture store is currently undergoing a closing down sale, whether this is the business refurbishing the current unit or concentrating their sales in a new direction remains to be seen. FDF not only sell sofas, armchairs and beds, but also drawers cabinets and shelves. To be honest, I can't believe this shop is still operating. All I've ever seen in there is over-priced, unattractive furniture (apologies to anyone who's purchased from there, but it's very very far from my choice or style). To discover it has a Closing Down Sale is not a surprise. Long overdue for a shop that never seemed to have any business anyway! Browsing customers don't keep a business in the black so maybe it's got another income from somwhere? I hope Bedford Square, on its last legs anyway, doesn't become the ghost town it has threatened to be for years. Maybe bulldoze it and build a bowling alley/cinema/entertainment plaza for the masses?
