I made my appointment through the online booking platform which was super easy and straight forward. I got a confirmation and reminder emails and texts. The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers. I drove over an hour for this appointment so I am very disappointed.

I've had even fewer units of Dysport multiple times in the past with excellent results, and I keep detailed records of every treatment. Despite explaining this to the nurse practitioner, she insisted that I must have been referring to Botox units instead of Dysport and refused to perform the treatment. She repeatedly emphasized that this was a "medical procedure" and said she would NOT inject me with only the 60 units I had purchased, even though I was requesting a subtle, natural-looking result. After spending about 40 minutes waiting and discussing my treatment history, I left without receiving any treatment. It felt like a complete waste of my time. While I understand that providers have the right to exercise their medical judgment, it was frustrating that my documented treatment history and goals were dismissed outright rather than discussed collaboratively. The office was also completely empty during my visit, which, based on my experience, wasn't surprising. I would not return.
