Having recently moved to Concord, I had to find a new place to get my nails done. Looked through Yelp (of course) and found this gem of a place. I called around noon time and asked whether they had an availability for two today. They offered a time later in the afternoon, which we gladly took. Definitely call in for an appointment as they seem to be pretty busy. Makes sense though since their work definitely backs up it up. The staff are very friendly and speaks English very well if that's something you're looking for. Despite getting there towards the end of the day and had a couple more people in line waiting, the staff really took the time to take care of us. We didn't feel rushed at all! Our nails came out great and they even offered recommendations to take care of our nails as we are not able to go as often. Definitely worth going to! read more

A really cute shop tucked away off Willow Pass Rd. Super friendly and I received a wonderful Deluxe pedicure. They have many gel polish options to chose from it was hard to decide which one I wanted. I would recommend I spent $65 (no hidden fees) . I'll definitely be back. read more

So far so good! The inside is super clean, there are these neat plastic dividers used when receiving a pedicure. I've never seen this setup before, hello covid! The gentleman at the front greeted me promptly and was very friendly. I get gel builder on my nails, not a lot of nail shops use the product it. Went in to get a pedicure and ombré French tips. I've been there once before just for a simple pedicure and had a good experience. I've always wanted to get ombré French tips after seeing pictures and thought I'd go back here. My pedicure experience was once again great and the French tips are beautiful!! I can't believe how quick my polish came off! It literally just peeled off in under an hour after leaving the salon!peeled not smudged. The staff were nice enough to take me on a Friday right when I called but the more and more I look at my mani I'm thinking I could've done it myself. The guy that painted my nails didn't even paint my top coat to cover my entire nail. My pedi took forever and when the guy finished he told one of his coworkers that I also wanted a manicure. The guy mumbled to me "I didn't know you wanted a mani he should've told me" YEAH told him so they could've both worked on me and I wouldn't have been wasting an additional 20 mins! Best nail salon in the area. Hands down. See here's the thing - I switch from this place and Belle's Nails and Spa but I've had so many ups and downs and mixed experiences with that place, it makes it hard to want to go back there. Only reason why I have is because its location is just a bit more convenient. BUT FABULOUS NAILS IS GREAT ALL AROUND. I have never had any issues with getting my nails done here - from acrylics to just gel manicures to pedicures. I've had all three different people for all three different services and it all turned out great. Was relaxing and looked great too. I recently stopped getting acrylics done so I started doing more plain gel manicures. Belle's rarely ever takes walk ins because of how busy they are all the time so I slid right back to the ol' reliable Fabulous Nails. Took me in as a walkin and my nails look great. My nail actually broke a few days after getting them done (these are my natural nails) and they took me in 10min before closing and didn't make me feel bad about it, which I did anyways but they were very nice and understanding about it. Took care of my one broken nail and fixed it. No charge. Tried to tip on my credit card because I didn't have much in cash. They wouldn't accept it but I was going to make sure they got their tip. I have gone to countless nail salons in the search for the perfect full set and have always walked out dissapointed, until I came across Jason. Jason was able to do the same exact look that I had envision for the longest time. I went in, showed him a picture of what I wanted, and I was pleasantly surprised with his work. Although they are fake nails, I have never liked the fake look, but Jason was able to give me a classy and natural look. He really takes his time in making sure they are the same length. So I am giving the nail salon a 5 star. I just went there for the first time, but I will be returning. Pros: 1. Called at 2.30pm on a saturday to see availability. They could see me at 315! 2. Once I arrived I was greated kindly and was at my table by 3.16pm. My artist came over promptly. She Was very polite and asked what I wanted done. I showed her a picture of length, shape, and color. I would come here for years , one of the last times I had gotten a pedicure from a male and it was so rushed and he charged me $40 for a regular pedicure. So I started going to a new spot in Pleasant Hill. Today I needed a gel pedicure and my usual spot wasn't available so I came here. I asked for the gel pedicure but she gave me regular polish and towards the end just walked away, didn't communicate with me at all. So I waved down the male worker walking by, I told him I had to go, and he looked at me so rudely. So I repeated myself and he rolled his eyes, bends down and yanks the tissue in between my toes (the one used to help separate the toes) and grabs and tosses my sandals further away from me. I went here for the first time, specifically going off of the reviews so I was happy to try this new place. I went for a pedicure and dip powder nail removal. The dip powder removal was no problem had no issues. The pedicure unfortunately is when I had a problem. I told the lady doing my pedicure she was hurting my foot when she was scrubbing it with the yellow bar. I finally pulled my foot away and realized I was bleeding pretty bad on my foot. She then had to search for bandaid which I appreciated, but I honestly did not enjoy the rest of my pedicure do to my foot hurting. Clean and spacious. David did my mani and pedi. French shellac and a regular pedi. What I appreciated was after I was done, the lady asked how I liked my services. It was unexpected. And she seem to really want to know. So I told her the truth. My French could've been cleaner - the lines weren't even and shaky. But the pedicure and hot stone massage was amazing! He didn't rush, right amount of pressure and I was so relaxed. After being on my feet yesterday for 12 hours the attention was appreciated! She agreed my mani wasn't perfect and offered to do them again if I didn't mind waiting or I could come back. I thanked her and told her I'd come back next month when I'm ready for a new coat! I have been coming here for about 1 year and a half and Jason is amazing! He's quick but detail oriented and makes sure your shape is the way you want it. I put four stars only because the pedicures don't seem to last very long. Mine use to last up to a month from other places but when I get them done here they will only last about two weeks if I'm lucky :/ not sure how that happens. While I was waiting, I was obsessing over a girl's nails who she had just had finished, and they were gorgeous and she said that she came here all the time.
