This location has facial, nails, massage and RMT massage as well. Area is huge with Roman style interior. There are several rooms for the different spa treatments. I especially enjoyed the facility. It is complete with a dry sauna, steam room, washroom and shower. The shower room has all the amenities - makeup remover, spray, mouthwash, feminine napkins, hair dryer, bath robes, towels, lockers, slippers - basically everything you need (except for a comb). You can literally spend the whole afternoon relaxing here. My masseuse Emiliana is the best so far. Her technique of kneading at the correct points makes the massage so relaxing. Her long gliding strokes were gradual, smooth and gentle. After my massage, we sat in the quiet lounge area for complimentary snacks and drinks. We were offered mocktail cranberry or orange mimosas too. It's such a treat!

Beyond the fact that one can access gratis medical visits--thanks, Canada!--this clinic is a 'clean, well-lighted' & welcoming space for women from all social strata. My visit with the RN began ten minutes after my 10.30 appt. time. The client just before me had left at about a quarter past the hour. Be prepared to wait a bit, I guess. Not used to not having to pay for every little thing regarding health care, I was compelled to make a financial donation after my visit as both a thank-you & a way to support what is a very necessary women's institution. When I inquired, I was told that the collective would gladly accept a donation of women's clothing. Preferring to make a monetary donation, I was sent to chat with the clinic's director. PayPal would be the way to go, if one is so inclined.

If you're a woman looking for a walk-in clinic in the area, I highly recommend them.

I cannot get the prescriptions I need - the clinic says - they don't have a record. Or - we can't find the record and you need to come back in for a reassessment was the latest problem. A reassessment for something that is cosmetic? Dr. Jordan Sugie and his dermatologist will scam the government by submitting something that was unnecessary given I had the prescription many times in the past. Every time I have an appointment with this clinic they are rude. Sugie rude and so is the dermatologist who are colluding together against the government and us the taxpayers ultimately. So what they are doing is charging the government of Canada extra unnecessary charges and scamming tax payers. Furthermore, I mentioned this in the clinic and left, and asked for my entire medical history I got a letter of Dismissal. I fired them the day before. Good riddance.

Same Doctor keeps booking appointments and getting you to go back in instead of discussing and answering your questions. I realize now after reading another persons review it's about billing MSP. Thats not ok. Then, the same Doctor was supposed to call me (I had a phone appointment booked) to follow up on test results but she did not call.
