During my first visit, I had the entirety of my experience explained before I went into the tank. Now that I've floated a few times, the staff is quick to just let me in and float however I want, but for those that are a little unsure what to expect, it really helps to ask for suggestions. Whoever is at the front desk is always willing to help out with music suggestions or tips on relaxing in the tank, and there's never any pressure to stay after the float or to leave right away - I've run out when I have somewhere to be, but if you want to have a cup of tea and sit afterwards, there is a great lounge to do so. This location is also great about renewing expired floats! I have a terrible memory when it comes to using 3-pack seasonal sale floats and etc. and they've always been really nice about letting me extend them past the original expiry date.

The shower room has all the amenities - makeup remover, spray, mouthwash, feminine napkins, hair dryer, bath robes, towels, lockers, slippers - basically everything you need (except for a comb). You can literally spend the whole afternoon relaxing here. My masseuse Emiliana is the best so far. Her technique of kneading at the correct points makes the massage so relaxing. Her long gliding strokes were gradual, smooth and gentle. After my massage, we sat in the quiet lounge area for complimentary snacks and drinks. We were offered mocktail cranberry or orange mimosas too. It's such a treat!

A reassessment for something that is cosmetic? Dr. Jordan Sugie and his dermatologist will scam the government by submitting something that was unnecessary given I had the prescription many times in the past. Every time I have an appointment with this clinic they are rude. Sugie rude and so is the dermatologist who are colluding together against the government and us the taxpayers ultimately. So what they are doing is charging the government of Canada extra unnecessary charges and scamming tax payers. Furthermore, I mentioned this in the clinic and left, and asked for my entire medical history I got a letter of Dismissal. I fired them the day before. Good riddance.

I explained to him that i am in a lot of pain and needed a referral for a specialist. He said the doctor will call you tomorrow. So I cleared my schedule and waited. 30 minutes pass from the time the doctor was suppose to call and nothing. I called the office and no one was picking up, or it would go straight to voicemail. After some back and forth, the doctor finally called and she told me that I can't give referral until I see you in person. That's understandable, but the guy I called initially didn't mention this at all. So I wasted my entire day because the idiot from the office doesn't respect my time or the condition I was in, either that or he isn't as informed as he should be... Had he told me from the beginning that you'll probably need to be seen for a referral and that won't happen until September-ish I would've been more understanding and went to an ER instead, but that didn't happen instead I was needlessly in pain for 2 extra days. Avoid this place. Go to Mount Saint Joseph ER, they were wonderful.
