Being experienced with real estate transactions in the U.S. but unfamiliar with the system in Spain, Patxi and Mikel provided information and support every step of the way. They connected my husband and I with a bank lender, tax accountant, and real estate & immigration attorneys. While I was in Donostia last week to close on the property, I finally got to meet Patxi in person.
