If Faber really wanted to succeed, they'd take a page from any smart small business playbook: * Keep pricing fair and transparent -- commuters don't want to feel ripped off before their day even starts. * Make it convenient -- grab and go drinks, and snacks at regular prices would guarantee steady foot traffic. * Serve your actual customers -- the people rushing to catch the train every morning. Put yourself in their shoes. You would see the same people every day!!!! Would you like steady, repeat customers??? Instead, they've managed to frustrate both commuters and drivers.
