There were multiple issues with my service. First off, the hair itself. The owner did my hair and I…read morehad a consultation with her prior to the service. I told her I wanted to receive French curl braids. She stated she would provide the hair. This was apart of a special she was offering for 100$ for whatever hairstyle, any size or length. The hair color I wanted she said she couldn't provide more than 2 colors. I said it's okay I would purchase two packs of hair to go along with what I wanted. I want a color mix. She texted me the day of saying she couldn't provide the hair because there was no color similar to mine she could find. She didn't tell me till around 8 am. My service was for 12. Luckily I already purchased 4 packs because I had a suspicion she wouldn't provide the hair I needed for said style. Secondly, she pushed back my appointment by an hour due to another client being late. I had no issues with that she told me to come in at 1 then told me to come in at 12:30. I came in she wasn't there the shop was closed, she then came back because of an errand. Then she started on my hair, I told her small parts. She gave me medium parts and she didn't even attempt to part the middle of my hair. It looks so bad. Not only is the middle of my hair messed up but the braids are terrible, she used 1 1/2 of the hair I bought. And told me she's running a service she can't mix the hair I have. Terrible vibe and the way she speaks to customers is rude. The issue is the braid is really thin and also my hair is already sticking of the braid. It hasn't even been two weeks, my hair is sticking out and I wrap it every night. I got my hair done on the 17th. I feel as if my service was deeply rushed because she had a client after me. I also booked my grandma to get her hair done and she said she was running late already the she claimed she got into a car wreck a couple minutes and sent me back the deposit. Never stated another time or anything. I would never recommend anyone to get their hair done by this person. She is not as professional as she claims.
