I recently visited F45 in Goleta and had an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch and I cannot recommend this place enough. First of all, the workout was fantastic. It was challenging and intense, but also fun and engaging. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating, and they made sure to push us to our limits without making us feel overwhelmed. I definitely felt like I got a great workout in. In addition to the great workout, the equipment was clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of space to move around and we had access to all the weights and equipment we needed. This made the workout even more enjoyable and efficient. The music was also a great addition to the workout. It was upbeat and energizing, and really helped to keep me going throughout the class. F45 has been a great addition to my workout regiment. Prior to this group training, I only lifted weights at a commercial gym which can get repetitive. I was experiencing a lack of motivation and was going through the motions. F45 brings a mindless ass kicking day in and day out. Misery loves company, and the community that Coach Sam has built at Goleta F45 is admirable. She also pays close attention to members form and will be the first person to correct it! Also, when I have no energy at an early morning class, Coach Amanda always brings the energy! F45 Goleta really challenged me and pushed me to my limits. It was a training I wasn't used to but by the end of the class It made me feel stronger and more challenged then I ever thought. The gym itself is clean and well equipped and each class feel original and exciting. Had a great time working out here. I typically do strength training for my workouts and decided to go try f45 to change things up and I loved it. The workouts were excellent for cardio and also left my muscles sore. The coaches were very friendly and encouraging and their spontaneous challenges kept it interesting.
