Also, the only reason why I even chose this law firm was because his assistant who is also his wife, said it's possible to have a modification of custody and child support at the same time because she's done it before. Turns out that was a tactic to win me as a client. Also, the only time she ever called me was to collect payments. She apologized and agreed the support was too high, but did nothing about it. This caused me to go into a huge depression and now that I'm better - they stated they can't help me because they closed my file.
