He was right: we consulted a masonry expert who confirmed that the stucco would not have lasted long on that surface, and it would've been a waste of money. Highly Recommended! Excellent Communication and Fast Service…read more I needed a railing installed on a tight deadline, and this company absolutely delivered. I found them through a Google recommendation based on my specific criteria, and I am so glad I chose them. What stood out to me: * Quick & Transparent Quotes: I emailed them instead of calling and heard back a few days later (if you need immediate answers, calling is probably faster!). They listened to my budget, showed me examples of what I could get, and provided a quote the very next day. * Fast Timeline: They scheduled a site measurement and inspection right away. Even with the standard lead time required for glass, they completed the installation well before my deadline. * Proactive Communication: They constantly reached out to give me updates. I never had to chase them down for information. Finding this level of customer service has been incredibly rare since Covid. * Great Quality: The final product looks beautiful and matches the preview images exactly. I usually don't have time to write reviews, but I rely heavily on them to make my own decisions. This company earned every star. I highly recommend them!

Our home has teak trim and architectural features. Many of the surfaces that get a lot of sun exposure needed work. Indy came out, evaluated what needed to be done, and Teak Master promptly sent an estimate. The senior crew supervisor was Indy, and our crew consisted of Andres, Arturo, Samuel, Abidan, and Juan. They were here for three days, sanding and refinishing the teak. As an example of their attention to detail, my wife has a lot of potted plants on the patio. It was no surprise that they moved all the potted plants out of the way. The surprise came at the end, when Indy took out his phone, looked at the photo he had taken three days earlier, and directed the crew as they put every plant back in its original position! Nobody else has ever done that. And, on the day the trash was collected, I left the barrels on the driveway, to give the crew more room in the side yard. After they left, the barrels were back where they belong. It's the little things. Although Indy and I had examined the house in advance to determine the scope of work, as they were wrapping up Indy looked at the garage doors and pointed out that after refinishing the other areas, the doors looked a bit shabby. He was right. I look forward to having them back in a few weeks.
