Always had great respect from the employees there before i worked for them . And yes , its a very busy location so what i can suggest for anybody looking to shop here would be around the hours of 10-11 and 2-3 PM . Also they are open on the weekends . read more

This location is unprofessional on 11/23/19 I pick up my Laptop when I paid for it they only had the Laptop I told the lady I brought my charger with it I told her why wouldn't I bring it with it so I waiting and waiting to they find my charger and on top of that I told her the person that giving me the loan he warp both Laptop and charger together so why it's not together and the sticker was on my Laptop now it's hard to get it off and when I first got the loan the person is so rude I will never step foot in this location EVER!!! I was seeing family and decided to stop in here. There was a line that snaked around the whole store. Apparently, people use this place like a bank. Help was no where to be found. I did see something I wanted to try to make a deal on. The guy looked at me and claimed he had "just put this out". That is the oldest line in the book when wheeling and dealing with pawn folks. When they guy did not want to deal with me, he blew me off and I tried to leave. There is one door that you go in but locks behind you. You have to exit out the side door. Thanks but no thanks. Bought a bike for $80. They said originally it was $100. Brought it home and tried to ride it. I couldn't change the gears. I took it back and the staff, a big burly guy showed me how to change the gears. Well yeah, if I was as strong as you!!! I exchanged it for a simpler bike that I thought was $50 cause I heard one of the staff tell a customer on the phone that it would go for that amount. I bought it after they put air in the tires and adjusted the seat. They gave me an even exchange ? Even? Yeah, the bike is $89 and with the 6 mo warranty. ($2.50) I'm like whatever! I wanted to ride in the bike festival that evening. I brought it home and started to decorate it when I noticed one of the tires was flat. I took it back. Sorry, we don't have the supplies to fix the flat!!!! I should have just returned it and get a store credit which I don't want. They don't help you load the bike in your vehicle either. Sorry staff, sorry service. Was so tired , came home and still thinking if I should return it but I spent $24 getting the tires fixed and chained oiled! This location has always gave me what I wanted and customer service here is taken very seriously . As for people complaining that it takes for ever to get served , well they are a high traffic store. We usually turn over 100 loans a day ! The average is 15-35 at other smaller locations . As for the pricing of our merchandise, we have policy. We can't discount anything 30 days and under . I have visited this location a couple times and was disappointed both times. I would not recommend this particular ez pawn if you want a fair deal. The employees are not friendly either. The merchandise is over priced and they really low ball you if you try to sell or get a loan. The employee I spoke to said it's because they have a hard time moving their merchandise but the store was packed! I said that maybe they should lower their prices. read more

Visited this store as a customer last year, used them for pawn purposes this year. Initially I had a VERY pleasant experience with the assistant manager (woman) as she greeted me like a regular, smiling, making small talk. Then, after 20 minutes of searching thru their cheap bin of games, I found a couple games that I wanted. This was when my experience went from EXCELLENT to CRAP. I don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed on 2 games that I purchased at $1 a game but was charged $3 for both. Why? I do not know. I voiced my concern and question to have the games for $2 as I couldn't play the one without both discs. One disk was the install disk, the other disk was the actual game. I was charged $3 for 2 games in the CHEAP BIN that was labeled $1 each game. The (man) person who rang me up and charged me wrongly, looked like a much higher superior than regular store level. Was it my septum ring and 80's style clothing that turned you off? Please don't forget that though you're the boss, I'm still paying YOUR paycheck.
