The office was clean and every where you looked the employees looked like they loved their jobs. They have two really cool arcade machines in the waiting room and yes I believe two of them were PAC man... who doesn't love that! We were called to the back and when we met Dr. Huie the super friendliness continued, he made my son feel comfortable and he focused on our concerns. They found that the crown was not going to be able to be used, and the tooth indeed had beencracked for some time. She also had an infection in her tooth which had not been addressed. We called the insurance company to find out how to proceed since additional work had to be done, they stated that the office should not have billed for the crown Until it was "seated". Had we not gone to the endodontist, Dr. Pham would've tried to put that crown in anyway.

I've been to a few shady dentists who always seem interested in selling me on some expensive procedure I don't really need. Dr. Artzer always lays out my options in plain terms, treating me like an adult who can make decisions about his own teeth. His office has all the equipment you could need. The staff is wonderful! They are incredibly friendly and professional. Every time I go in they make me feel like family. It's pretty rare when a dentist's office can make a standard cleaning something I actually sort of look forward to. I enjoy coming here.
