    Vegetarian regular crust pizza.
    Jacqueline R.

A small place, but with great service, especially the delicious food. I am vegan and I had a vegetable pizza with cauliflower crust that was spectacular. My husband had a regular veggie pizza that he said was great. The owner is a veteran who makes you feel welcome in the place. Totally recommended.

I'll be honest. Prometheus was our first choice but they were closed despite saying they were open online - that's how we ended up here. We placed our order online since we were just gonna enjoy the food at our Airbnb. When we got there you'll notice that there's only a few tables and the shop is relatively small. The customer service however was big! Everyone was super friendly and nice. The quick interaction was pleasant. It just gave me a sense that they love doing what they do. For food we got the flyin Hawaiian (yes pineapples belong in pizza !) and the gorgonzola and pear, and the fresh garden salad. Overall the food wasn't bad - pizza was fresh and tasty - didn't blow our minds but we were definitely satisfied. The salads were big and the dressings were delicious. Definitely check this place out. This is the only pizza place I've been to in town, and it's the best so far! Great friendly customer service too.

The hot damn pizza and a pepperoni.

Overall, the pizza was decent. My biggest complaint was that the cook on it was a little light so it was a little limp. I suspect they don't use a pizza oven but rather a conventional oven. The toppings were good. The person who took our order was really nice and quick. I ordered the flying Hawaiian, the hot damn, and a pepperoni. The hot damn was my favorite, but I probably wouldn't order it again with bell peppers. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say. It was just pretty decent pizza.

This is 10 star worthy. Gordon Ramsey would be silent in utmost content. The owner is helpful, courteous, and kind. Ingredients are fresh. Pizzas are full of flavor.

visiting Fredericksburg for the day & had lunch here (thanks to previously posted Yelp reviews). initially, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. beyond that, they couldn't have been more friendly, & our food was exceptional. we loved our salads, calzones & pizza. will definitely be returning whenever we're back in town! A++++

Pretty good. The margarita had a nice sauce. Thin crust pizza. Not a lot of seating inside, only 3 tables. Service was nice.

Social House -- Breakfast Done Right (Just... Very Close Together)…read more Social House is the kind of breakfast place that reminds you why brunch became a lifestyle in the first place. The food is genuinely good--thoughtful, fresh, and clearly made by people who care about flavor and your well-being. This is "healthy but not sad" breakfast, the kind that lets you feel virtuous without punishing you for it. The menu is strong across the board. Everything tastes intentional, balanced, and well-executed. You can tell someone in the kitchen understands restraint, texture, and the delicate art of making vegetables feel like a reward. Is it slightly overpriced? Yes. But it's the kind of overpriced you accept with a nod, because the plate in front of you earns most of it. The place is busy--very busy--but that's just life when a restaurant does things well. People show up. The issue isn't the crowd; it's the compression. Social House packs people in like a breakfast Tetris game. Tables are close enough that you accidentally learn about strangers' weekend plans, dietary restrictions, and relationship problems. It's communal in a way no one asked for. And that's really the only thing holding it back from five-star territory. The experience never quite gets to breathe. The food wants you to linger. The room says, "Eat joyfully, but quickly." Still, the staff handles the chaos with professionalism and grace, and the overall vibe remains warm and welcoming despite the controlled madness. This is a place that knows what it is: a popular, well-run, genuinely good breakfast spot that feeds a lot of people very well. Bottom line: if you want a healthy, tasty, reliably excellent breakfast and don't mind sharing oxygen with half of Austin, Social House delivers. Give me two fewer tables and I'd never stop going--but even as is, it's absolutely worth the visit.

So great to see they treat both locals and new guys with the same kindness and respect. When I asked if there was a jukebox by chance the guy (I believe Skylar) said "No but what do you want to hear?" I asked for some Stevie Nicks and he said no problem. I didn't expect any of that and was overjoyed to hear some Stevie over the speakers. What cool people here! The patrons at the front gave me recommendations on good spots and were very welcoming. I ended up with a Spicy Italian. This one had a nice kick but not overpowering and a generous size along with some coleslaw and a pickle. I couldn't quite finish it all. I'm kicking myself for forgetting my left overs. Oh well, that's a great excuse to go back and enjoy this awesome food/vibe all over again.

However this is one of the worse experiences we had in forever! Where do I begin? The hostess was super rude to us and we just figured she had a bad day. She was also rude to the guests behind us My gf got the shrimp linguine and I got the carne pizza. Pepperoni, sausage and I added mushrooms and asked for no cheese being lactose intolerant The food was good. Pizza was delicious and crust tasted homemade. We also got meatball appetizers and that was good too. We ate kinda early at 5:30pm so we wanted to take the leftovers back to out Air BNB to have for later. I had 3 slices of pizza left and my gf had half her linguine left. We literally told the waitress we wanted both packaged up to go However when I came back from the restroom only the box for the pizza was available. I asked the waitress is her linguine inside the box and she gave a stupid remark "oh I didn't know you wanted the pasta to go." Then to make matters worse she said "I also accidentally dropped a slice of a pizza on the floor so there's only two in the box". Wtf! Seriously!!! When the waitress realized I was getting pretty upset, she stated "well I didn't think you wanted me to take that slice off the floor and putting it in a box" and begin laughing Out bill was a lot and the manager or no one came by to apologize for the mistake, did not offer us anything, or even taking something off our bill. My gf and I were looking forward to eating our food later on tonight, but now we're left with two lousy slices of pizza The food itself was very good, our meatball appetizer was delicious, she stated her linguine pasta was good, and my pizza was actually very good, the food definitely was overpriced, but atmosphere was decent. However, I'm not sure if this is just this one waitress, but also started with the hostess. The entire vibes and experience was terrible. I will never come back here again if anybody ever ask about Fredericksburg or recommendations for restaurants, I would never recommend this place to anybody they need to get better training for their employees because this was total BS. Do better Alla Campagna.

There was about a 45 minute wait for our party of 7, but the hostesses were very attentive and kept us updated on timing without us having to ask which we appreciated. Bread is brought to the table with oil and spices when you're seated. The bread itself seemed like standard grocery store bread and was room temperature, which was a bit underwhelming. The food came out very quickly, which is convenient but it did feel like the dishes were prepared more for speed than detail. Most plates were fairly oily and heavy on the cheese. Prices are reasonable, and the service was efficient, so we were in and out quickly. While it wasn't a bad experience overall, it just didn't quite live up to the hype for us and it's probably not a place we'd return to. The waiters were very attentive and happy to talk through the menu with us. Ultimately we decided on a pretzel as our appetizer, with lamb chops as our entree to share and a side of kasespatzle. The pretzel was warm and a nice size and we thoroughly enjoyed the beer cheese. We finished the cheese halfway through the pretzel and the waiters were kind enough to bring us another one. Next for the kasespatzle - which from my understanding is the German version of mac and cheese. It was very tasty and hearty! More filling than I expected. One of us had the schnitzel au gratin, which seemed more to be like a chicken Parmesan. I had the duck schnitzel. I would say they were just both OK. The fried potatoes that came with the au gratin schnitzel were left largely untouched on my companion's plate. There wasn't much flavor to my red cabbage, and my spaetzel seemed to be more like a modern day risotto.
