Had to sign up and pay for an online fax service for the glasses prescription. Never received the contact prescription and had to drive all the way back down there to pick it up. It's time they decided to gut this shopping mall and put in some new flooring and other fixtures for a place that's nearly 45 years old. The floor tiles have been showing signs of age and not up to today's standards. Many other shopping malls across the country have had them ripped out and redone over the years, this one is unfortunately off the radar. This should be next on the list for renovation projects.

I liked them, but appointments take a long time. I got registered letter he wasn't gonna be my Dr…read more no more. They said I had 9 no call, no shows. I NEVER EVER did any no call no shows. I called the office manager she didn't want to listen to me. She said it's office policy. If it was true why did they wait until 9? My records show I never have done a no call no show. I verified with the lady who also keeps track of my appointments and take me to them. She also don't understand either.

Billing tried to bill both Medicare directly and my supplement, they wouldn't pay because tests weren't necessary. Most expensive eye care bill ever, had to pay out of pocket. My husband did not have the diabetic testing however together we paid $450 out of pocket. No glasses and no promised contacts. The office knew how upset we were yet they keep sending us notices that we are due for a check up. We will never go back.
