I came to Eyedeal Vision in Pryor specifically for a contact lens exam and new contacts. During my visit, I was told by staff that I could also get a pair of glasses for "only the cost of the frames" because my insurance would cover the rest. Based on their explicit claim that the glasses would be practically free, I agreed to get them, despite not originally asking for them.
Now, after the fact, they are demanding an additional $200 that was never disclosed to me upfront. This is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. They pressured me into an add-on by misrepresenting my insurance coverage and are now trying to charge me for something I wouldn't have agreed to if they had been honest about the price.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and the deceptive billing practices here. If you value honest pricing, I highly recommend going elsewhere for your eye care.
