I just knew I was tired of not seeing well, even with my glasses. Someone called almost immediately to set up an appointment. After a bunch of tests Dr. Mollman told me I do need cataract surgery and since I also had astigmatism I would benefit from Toric lenses if I chose to go that route. I did decide to go with the Toric lenses so now 3 weeks later, after wearing glasses for 50 years + I have 20/20 vision in both eyes & only use "cheaters" to read small print. Sometimes professionalism and efficiency get in the way of "bedside manner", but Dr Mollman and all the nurses and supporting staff at both clinics and the Surgery Center are all very good at what they do but are also very caring and considerate.

Walk in and I'm informed all appointments had been canceled, I get a call back from the General manager a day later and this person has excuses for absolutely everything, as I stated how unsatisfactory this lack of communication was, and not even offering me an alternate appointment, just saying I can go elsewhere, and they would send my X-rays complimentary, as if I never had paid for them in the first place by law they have to send them to any DDS you like. So I let them know I will be leaving reviews anyplace I know I can, the phone conversation ends with me getting threatened that if I use names I will be sued for slander. What a business. From the scheduling process (same week I called) to staff courtesy and Dr. Brend's "bedside manner" this office is top notch. I have only had one instance where I questioned their billing, on the handwritten billing sheet. This was after a long term employee had gotten sick and was not longer in the office. Like many small offices, one main employee would wear many hats in the office and when they are not there, things get discombobulated! We went through the billing and found it OUR mistake. I like the fact that he is a no frills dentist-I am there to get my teeth taken care of, not be at a spa like setting. I highly recommend Dr Brend over and over!
