The touch screen keypad is malfunctioning, looks obviously damaged, and despite telling it no I didn't want a car wash, and cancelling when it brought up the selection screen I was still charged for one. I went ahead and used it rather than go through what would likely be a Huge level of effort for very little benefit. Not a fan of having to waste my time to correct an error I didn't cause. Never really go inside so I can't comment on the interior cleanliness or staff. I use this station because of a combination of convenience and supporting local vets. May have to reconsider if using the pumps becomes a Russian roulette of extra charges.
