I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I've been a couple times now, after being talked into a membership during my first trip here. The price of the first month of a membership is the same as the cost of one carwash, and they say you can cancel anytime, so I figured "why not?". I liked that the carwash itself has huge windows, so you're not in a super-dark tunnel while going through. I did not like that there was no mirror installed on the building so you could see how well lined-up you were with the wheel grabber thing upon entry. I also hated that there's no "escape lane." Once you get in line, you're stuck there no matter how many cars in front of you are taking forever to go through. This wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that the members lane was closed the last time I went, which meant I had to sit in line with everyone else paying at the machine, and despite how long it took them, I had no way of getting out. The first time I went through the car wash there were lots of water spots on the rear of my car. When I went through the second time, the water spots were almost everywhere - my windshield, especially. I never had water spots at Cobra, so I'm not sure what's up with Spark. But considering the convenient location, I'll probably keep going back, anyway.

Walking in today to use the bathroom, an employee told me it was out of service, which I did not mind... but he turned to suggest to another employee that she learned to get with these customers about just going to the bathroom.... very rude manner. respect is apparently starting to be a problem. So I will go back to my original Car Wash and cancel my membership. My apologies to the employee because as a customer, I was in the way. So I will make sure to cancel and also call corporate and let them know that this site does not compare to any other one and it's just opening.... I will make a point to not return. I would suggest avoiding the employees if you go get your car washed because they are not respectful. The customer apparently is not always right..

When I bought it the interior definitely looked liked the 1st owner didn't keep it clean, the dealership did an "okay" job but it wasn't up to my standards. The outside also lacked any resemblance of a vehicle that had an owner that cared about their vehicles appearance. I had used CV Mobile many times in the past so I knew that they would give this poor little car the attention it lacked from the previous owner. CV Mobile did a full interior deep clean giving the car a new car look inside. They cleaned and wax the exterior and now the car shines. Anyone decent detail shop can make a new car look great but it takes a superior detail shop to make a vehicle that wasn't ever shown any attention look this good.
