I told her I was on pump three she asked if I would like a receipt ask me the receipt and it was twice as much money than what I had spent I looked at it, not angry and said " oh, I think you gave me the wrong receipt" and hand it back to her She snatches the receipt, not even taking it nicely looks at it and said no this is the right receipt roughly and kind of Aggressively hands it back to me. I look and say no I told you I was at pump three She says I say seven Now I know I didn't say 7. 100% sure I didn't say seven. She starts accusing me of calling her an idiot which I never implied nor ever said. I stuck up for myself and said ma'am I've never implied that you were stupid or an idiot. I've never raised my voice. I've been talking in the same consistent, low soft tone. You're the one that yelling. Well, now the manager comes over and says well did you get your receipt? I said yes the manager says well you can Well, here's the problem. She rang up my transaction for number seven. I'm still out $32. I called Sheetz. I explained this to them... Yes, Sheetz corporate which by the way it's gonna take you at least 35 minutes to get a human being. Their response oh, I'm so sorry this happened to you will make a note of it. No offered a refund my money no complementary gift card not even a sincere apology. I am not a fan of Sheetz anymore. This location is staffed by not the most UN-professional and UN-helpful people. I would -and shall avoid it.

The men's room was tidy and the rest of the store was clean. Drinks and snacks well stocked like a proper convenience store. Not too much to say about this place. It is a little Exxon station located in Marmet right off of…read morethe West Virginia Turnpike (exit 89) which backs against the Kanawha River. I always end up stopping here for gas whenever I pass through the area since it is conveniently located just outside of Charleston and easily accessible from the interstate. The gas prices here are about the same as anywhere else in this area, but gas in West Virginia is always higher than the surrounding states (tip: be sure to check out the small sticker on the gas pumps that tell you how much of the gas prices goes to taxes in WV). Inside there is a typical convenience store that sells the usual items you would expect to find. The restrooms are not as clean as you would find at an interstate rest area, but they are also no worse than you would find at a typical gas station. There is also a Subway inside, but it is strictly for carryout only. If you are in need of something that you somehow can't find here, then there is a Kroger just a few yards down the road. Still this place is a quick stop if you are passing through.
