I had a coin roll of dimes that equal up to five dollars and I also had a couple of dollars to add along with that, the lady named Crystal gave me such a hard time. She did not want to accept the coins. It wasn't like I was handing her loose change. I took my time to count it out and put it in the coin roll she said she couldn't accept the change because she had enough change already. I stated well isn't it still cash.. she said she didn't want to accept the coins because everyone was paying with coins today and she just had too many coins. I think this was terrible customer service and I would never in my life go back to that gas station that was all the money I had to put in my car and I couldn't even get any gas. Coins are a form of payment. Whoever is the general manager I will be coming to speak with them because that was very unfair and unprofessional!!!!

I went the other day and the chip on my card is damaged, I tried using it of course it came back saying declined. I was buying a toothe brush $2.48. I asked him to try my card again, or if I could swipe it, he rudely cut me off snatched the tooth brush and said no you have insufficient funds, which is not true, I had just used my card at the air pump and swiped it, everything was fine. This guy should not be working the register at any time. I will no longer be visiting this store again unless some one else is at the register.
