I had a whine coming from the rear end that got worse under acceleration, but lessened when you took your foot off the accelerator. Being new to Mississippi, I asked around to find the best mechanic, and two other local shops recommended Ronnie's Automotive in Gulfport after they diagnosed the car and either weren't able to do the work or fit me in their schedule soon. I stopped in Ronnie's and met Kristen, the office manager, and after telling her about the issue with the car, she went and brought the mechanic up that specializes in drivelines and transmissions, Jody, to talk with me personally. I explained the problem and Jody gave me the same diagnosis as the other shops and said he would be able to fit me in quickly. I dropped the car off and Jody did the work within a week since parts had to be ordered, and was very friendly and knowledgeable when explaining what he found upon doing the work. He replaced the differential bearing set and rear axle bearings and once I picked up the car it drove and sounded great, just like new. Kristen, Ronnie, Jody, and the staff I spoke to were all friendly and professional every time I called or stopped in, and I will be using Ronnie's Automotive again if needed and I would highly recommend them. Kristen and Jody cared for my car like it was theirs, so if you have a classic or collector car I would not hesitate to use them.

Automobiles are hard to keep running and expensive to maintain. With Ronnie's I know he will always be honest, fair and professional. Ronnie's is the only automotive service provider I will ever use.

December 24th 2024…read more To whom it may concern, I'm writing this because of my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 giving you that time for any video or surveillance you may have for review. I went into the store to simply get a fountain drink and a lottery ticket as I do often being that I am a resident of Long Beach.The store employee there, an African American male seemed to be visibly stressed out. He was being rude to customers, treating all customers and not just me disrespectfully. When I was buying my drink he was short with me. I even asked him if he was okay. At this point he was talking to the other employee there about how he knew people he could call that would do violent acts towards people like some kind of street thug. It must have been related to someone else because I had done nothing or said anything that would make me think it was intended for me. In my opinion at this point he was extremely hostile and combative. All I wanted was a lottery ticket and he said it was down and he couldn't do it. When I asked him if it would be fixed tomorrow he said he didn't know or care and I think he said he didn't want it to ever get fixed. I said and because I felt offended that I was the customer and without me he wouldn't even have a job. He then called me an A**hole right to my face and also said that every time I came in there I acted like one. When I was leaving I said he was nothing more than a minimum wage loser and to get a life. He followed me out and stated I was banned from ever coming back into the store. At this point I became so angry I came back into the store and threw my drink at the floor. When I was walking to my car he came outside and threatened me with physical violence. I still have a hard time believing that it all happened. I definitely feel I did nothing to deserve it. I'm glad in a way that he didn't attack me as your company would be facing a lawsuit. This person has absolutely no business working with the public. He is a Toxic and Violent person. If something is not done about it I'm sure that there will be consequences of his actions in the future. It is shameful how this employee acts towards your customers.
