I was clear I only needed candy and decorations for my event because I already had deserts covered. The day before my event at 6 pm Gilbert informed me he didn't get any decorations ordered but said he would try and get some. I immediately went to the store and bought $100 worth of decorations just incase. On the day of my event; literally 30 min before my event he informs me that not only did he not provide decorations but when asked about the candy he said that none of the candy came in either! I told him immediately at that very moment why didn't you tell me this before?! What am I supposed to do with a paid candytable with no candy! He offered to send me refund. I asked for half of the amount as refund. He kept putting off for 2 weeks after I kept requesting by text, phone calls and venmo to his girlfriend Tina how I paid them as requested originally. He then told me that he would only refund me $110. Excuses after Excuses!! I will post photos of what I received on the day of my event. I have Text messages to back up my every word! Be aware that both Gilbert and Tina are dishonest and not trustworthy! They will take your money and not deliver. Trust and honesty is what you look for when hiring a vendor for your special event!
